Indotech bimetal is the 1st bimetallic cylinder manufacturing company in india with patent. we are leading in manufacturing of nitrided cylinder since 2005 by the name of indo-tech engineers. now we are working on long r&d with our metallurgist in alloy metrix and our experienced engineers. to develop bimetallic cylinders for low wear and higher performance of barrel. we are using high grade materials which are procured from the trusted vendors in the market. our team ensures that the product are defect free prior supplying to our valuable clients by checking the essential quality parameters. indotech bimetal is one of the trusted & most prolific organization which is engage in manufacturing a wide array of bimetallic barrels in india.
2015
Started our r&d in base metal & filler metal chemistry, hardness, genuine sources & making process & machinery.
2016
Started design of production line, made production line and installed our 1st manual production line on time.
2017
We successfully completed our 1st grade with required testing like: surface hardness, micro hardness, bonding test, microstructure, salt test, wear test as per astm-g65,
2018
Started design of our new high speed automatic production line and to build new bimetallic manufacturing setup, and installed our new production line on targeted lead time.
2019
We successfully completed two new grades with required quality parameter.
2020
We successfully completed one more grades with require quality parameter. and started our sales with positive market feedback.
2021
Started wear and corrosion laser coating on screw for higher performance and also manufacturing as per customers requirement and design.
